Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Due to the hygienic nature of haircare and scalp products, certain opened or used items may not qualify for return unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

- Products damaged through misuse or improper storage
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

Exchanges
At this time, we do offer direct product exchanges. If the item has not been open and if you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been processed and approved.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the claim and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We are committed to shipping orders promptly and securely.

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier to the address provided at checkout, L3 Eminent Contrive Health & Wellness Haircare LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misplaced packages.
If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will gladly assist by providing shipment documentation when available.
Third-Party Retailer Purchases
For purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces including, but not limited to:
- Walmart
- Amazon
- Other authorized sellers
all shipping, return, refund, and delivery claims must be handled directly through the retailer from whom the purchase was made.
